Refund policy
We want Organiker to deliver real value. If it does not, here are our clear and honest refund rules.
1. Nature of the service
Organiker is an online digital service. Each purchase credits a number of tokens that are consumed every time you run a video pipeline (face swap, voiceover, final render). Tokens are consumed immediately when a job starts.
2. Right to cancel (consumers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, a consumer normally has 14 days to cancel an online contract. For digital content that starts being supplied before the cancellation period ends, you lose the right to cancel once supply has begun, provided you have expressly consented and acknowledged this loss.
By confirming a token purchase, you expressly consent to the service starting immediately (tokens are credited and usable as soon as payment is confirmed) and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for tokens that have already been consumed.
3. What we refund
3.1. Unused tokens
Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a full refund of the tokens that have not been consumed. Used tokens are not refundable. We calculate the refund on a pro-rata basis against the price paid.
3.2. Technical failure on our side
If a job fails because of a bug, a platform outage, or an issue with one of our sub-processors (Kie.ai, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, etc.), we automatically credit back the tokens spent on that job. You do not need to ask. If the automatic re-credit did not happen, email us and we will correct it manually.
3.3. Output that does not match what you wanted
AI outputs can vary. An output that you simply don't like aesthetically is not grounds for a refund on its own — we recommend iterating (change the source face, adjust the prompt, try a different video). However, if the output is clearly unusable (black video, no audio, severe desynchronisation) and not caused by user error, the tokens consumed are refunded on request.
3.4. Fraudulent or abusive use
No refund is due where the service has been used in breach of the legal notice & terms(unlawful content, infringement of third parties' rights, circumvention of technical limits, unauthorised resale). In such cases we reserve the right to suspend the account without refund.
4. Auto top-ups
If you have enabled auto top-up, reaching the low balance threshold triggers a new charge against your saved payment method. You can turn this off at any time from your account — future top-ups will stop. Past top-ups cannot be cancelled retroactively, subject to the rules in section 3.1.
5. How to request a refund
Email hendylplm@outlook.fr with:
- The email address of your account
- The date and amount of the purchase in question
- The reason for the request (unused tokens, failed output, other)
We reply within 3 business days. Accepted refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (Stripe processing time).
6. Disputes
If we cannot reach an agreement, you may escalate to an alternative dispute resolution provider. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Subject to those rights, any dispute is exclusively subject to the Courts of England and Wales.
