3. Description of the service

Organiker is an online software service (SaaS) that allows users to transform viral TikTok and Instagram videos into custom advertising content powered by artificial intelligence (face swap, AI voiceover, automated editing). The service is accessed on a pay-as-you-go basis through the purchase of tokens (credits).

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the organiker.ai site (text, graphics, logos, interface, source code) are the exclusive property of Sofuto Solutions LLP unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Source videos imported by the user remain the property of their respective authors. The user warrants that they hold all rights necessary to import and transform these contents. Sofuto Solutions LLP acts solely as a technical service provider.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harmful purpose, nor to infringe the rights of third parties (including image rights and privacy rights of people depicted in source content). You agree not to attempt to bypass the technical limits of the service, reverse-engineer the models or the API, or resell the service without written permission.

6. Liability

Sofuto Solutions LLP uses reasonable care to keep the service available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outputs produced by AI models (face swap, synthetic voice, scripts) may contain inaccuracies; the user is responsible for reviewing any output before publishing it. To the extent permitted by law, Sofuto Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.

The user is solely responsible for the content they import, generate and publish.

7. Personal data

How we collect, use and protect personal data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence, the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
